“What a delightful home!! There were even bags of toiletries in each room. The kitchen had water, soda and popcorn available as well. The beds were extremely comfortable and we look forward to returning!”

Kathy's Place is clean and so very comfortable. We felt secure and cared for as guests. Austen communicates well and answered each question we had. Other amenities included a basket of local information and some nice personal care products. I mean, they even had a fresh sponge for the dishes and pods for the dishwasher....

“The property was great! Close to activities and easy to get around Louisville from the house. The amenities were great. The house was clean and well suited for families. We each had our own room. There was plenty of seating to have conversation and large dinners. Host left detailed instructions for check in and check out.”

“This house is well-suited to a group of adults traveling together. Lots of space, well laid-out, with many of the bedrooms including an ensuite. We enjoyed the fridge (maybe a pointer to the freezer?).Very helpful instructions and communication for our trip allowed for easy coordination.”
