“私たちはアジア人差別を受けました。部屋には小さいタオルが２つだけあり、バスタオルやドライヤー、石鹸は故意に置かれていませんでした。スタッフに言うと、普通は置かれてると言われ謝ってもくれませんでした。チェックアウト時、他のいくつかの部屋が見えましたが、そこには冷蔵庫がありました。ダラスはとても暑いにもかかわらず、私たちの部屋には冷蔵庫すらなかったのです。また、冷房の音がとてもうるさく、夜は一睡もできませんでした。こんなに最悪なホテルは初め てです。”

“Upon arrival to the room the door was open, the A/C off, Texas in June, and the room had not been cleaned. Went back to the lobby which was unattended but soon had a new room. Again the door was found open and the A/C off but no remote control for the TV and the key did not open the door. Decided to find another motel then. The overall theme was a property in decline.”
