“This property is not well maintained, and the room was dirty. There were smudges on the bathroom mirror and the hall mirror. The carpet was dirty. I did let management know and they said they had new staff that they were training.”

“The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The jacuzzi and pool were fantastic, and our stay in the Grand Royal Suite exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights was the hand-holding trail—it gave us a unique opportunity to connect and enjoy quality time together while sharing an activity. One thing to note is that there are no windows throughout the room, which adds to its private and secluded atmosphere. Overall, we had an amazing experience and will definitely be back!”

“After staying at the hotel for several years, we finally ventured to the rooftop bar. It was really nice up there with great views of downtown BR. We enjoyed our stay and love its location in the heart of downtown.”

“I had bugs in my room. Pretty scary and terrified night. Had a hard night sleeping as manager said that rooms were full and he couldn’t accommodate us. Next day property manager apologised and said they will give a call and find a solution but yet TANYA has not given a call and no action has been taken.”

“The room that they have breakfast in is very small. The rooms are clean, but a little dated. The location is very close to the Dahlonega square. The pool looked very clean, although I did not use it. It seem to be a pretty quiet area at night. All in all, I would stay there again.”

“Room was very roomy, clean and modern. AC worked great. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a great variety….pancakes made fresh, warm cinnamon rolls, biscuits with gravy, cereals, yogurt, muffins, sausage, bacon, egg white omelette/vegetables, seasoned potatoes and more. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great location to shopping and restaurants.”
