Case in affitto a North Lincoln

“The house is very nice. Great beds and well equipped bathrooms. With four bedrooms, more seating would have been nice. The living room is kind of small though. The kitchen essentials were lacking. Not enough pots, pans, bowls, plates, storage containers, cookie sheets, baking dishes etc. The downstairs couch is not safe to sit on. The legs are mostly broken off and unstable. It was very nice to have use of the garage. I don't want to nitpick, but the owner needs to address the amenities and...

“The house was clean and had plenty of things needed. The use of garage and driveway is a huge plus! Location was quiet and we felt safe.Danny was very quick to respond when we messaged him.Checking in and out was a breeze! Good value for the price paid!”

“Great stay. Everything as advertised.”

“Perfect stop for our family on the way out west!”

“There were plenty of dish ware, and cooking pots and pans for our stay. Big bedroomsBig garage for cars!!!”

“First, I never got an email to check in.It turns out that all of the guest had the same issue, no email from the host with the checking in information. It took about 30 minutes to get t he info emailed to me. Once we checked in, the bathroom sink was plugged, the garbage disposal did not work, the microwave did not work, no hot water in the kitchen a and the floors were filthy. The host did say she would send someone for the plumbing and electrical issues but no one showed up. We did enjoy our...

“The Girlfriend Getaway was perfect for what we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Back yard was perfect for relaxing. Quite neighborhood. Great walking/jogging trail just down the street. It seemed pretty centrally located so close to everything.”

“Such an incredible stay, clean and comfortable and the hosts left extras (breakfast cereals, toothbrushes, makeup remover wipes, etc) which was really sweet and thoughtful. Absolutely would stay again and recommended to anyone coming to Lincoln!”

“Not a bad place to stay for a night. There was a hornets nest by the garage door not the worst thing just kind of annoying. The fans and ac unit in upstairs bedrooms were not really working so sleeping temp was a little rough but not unbearable. Kitchen and living room were a great temp. We wanted to arrive early so they did accommodate that and it was appreciated. Nice neighborhood too! Wish we could have explored the shops nearby more.”

“Clean and pet friendly. Grass could be mowed but other than that excellent place to stay.”

“Great location, abundantly stocked, host was considerate and helpful in all communications”

“This home is incredible! Hosts are wonderful and the amenities are perfect. They thought of everything. The location can’t be beat for anything related to UNL.”

“Convenient location to both downtown/university area as well as suburban shops for things like grocery and everyday items (about 10 min in either direction). Walkable to nice park. The neighborhood was a mix of multi-tenant and single family housing with a mix of renovated and stable properties and some run down, but overall the location was good. The house itself was as described, nicely maintained historic home with essentials.”

“Clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Hot tub and outdoor space excellent bonus. ”

“The house was very clean and met our needs for the week. The host was very easy to work with and communication was outstanding.”

“This property is actually better than advertised!! The host has been meticulous with the details and provides all basic amenities. The home was clean and the beds were all comfortable. There were plenty of towels!! No complaints from anyone. If we have reason to return to Lincoln, we will definitely be staying there again!!”

“The place is very well furnished and looked quite new. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed every day of our stay there.”

“One of the best properties we ever stayed at. The location was great.”

“This was a beautiful little place, close to Capitol Lake and so conveniently located to UNL and downtown. Very easy to navigate getting downtown to Haymarket within minutes. It was located in a quaint, quiet neighborhood so very relaxing after being out and about through out the day. Very clean and the owner was so kind and responsive. This is definitely a place we will consider when we are in Lincoln again!”
