Resort e hotel con spa a North London

“Mixed emotions on the stay. On the one hand the room and staff were all lovely and helpful, but an unfortunate situation has really tarnished the stay for us. We had a drink in the bar late one evening, and charged the drinks to the room per the bartenders request. We paid for these upon checkout, where we were asked to pay £45 pounds. I paid, thinking little of it other than it being a bit expensive. This didn't really sit right with us so we asked for the receipt, and saw that the drinks...

“Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, we were a family of 4 in one room. Only 3 towels provided both days inspite of informing the desk. No bottles of water, they expect me to have my own bottle to fill at a tap on the landing. Lastly I was charged £50 service charge. I was not told about this when I checked in. They take a £250 holding deposit and on check out I was just told £50 service charge would be deducted. Terrible for a 5 star hotel.”
