“We absolutely loved this place! I would recommend this place. We had one issue but it was resolved. If you have children, I would probably stay somewhere else. There are bars all around and gets loud at night but it does get really quiet after 1:30 a.m. The property manager was absolutely amazing and is very quick to respond to your needs. ”

“Loved the location and the set up. The only thing to have in mind is weekend stays makes it a popular location. A very great day and nightlife balance and good options//stores along the road. The Wi-Fi was spotty. That could have been do to how busy it was and that interferences occurred but 10/10”

What began with an unclean room turned into a very positive experience in this newly listed property that's right in the middle of main street Old St Charles! "All’arrivo il check in è stato sbrigativo, la persona alla reception ci ha chiesto il documento a gesti e fatto la chiave della camera senza nemmeno salutarci nè spiegarci i servizi dell’hotel. La camera era un po’ rumorosa (verso l’esterno), ma tutto sommato confortevole, peccato che nel bagno mancavassero gli asciugamani per entrambi e sul pavimento abbiamo trovato capelli e altro sporco. Per riassumere: la struttura offrirebbe molto, ma il personale non la valorizza adeguatamente nei confronti degli ospiti."
