“The stay was perfect for our fur babies! Our family that lives in town aren't too fond of our fur babies so they weren't invited to the Easter festivities!lol! “We travel a lot and this hotel has to be the worst we’ve ever experienced in terms of hospitality and customer service. There is an obvious management issue where staff are poorly trained and the hotel is even understaffed at times. Another lady and I waited for someone at front desk for almost a half an hour with no one to be found and we even called the front desk while standing there and heard the phone ring to the back with no one to answer.
