“Overall the room was great. Plenty of space for our family of 5.”

“I saw bedbugs or ticks in my room, making my stay very uncomfortable. The staff is incredibly nice. The maid cleaned my room and freshened everything after only one night. The building has definitely seen better days. It is probably time to knock it down and start from scratch unfortunately. Especially while you have such great staff to maintain it.”

“The breakfast buffet could have been better if there were additional hit items. The scrambled eggs looked like they had been grated.”

“Room had a water leak so the carpet was wet the entire time. Called and they basically said nothing they could do. Shower was AWFUL. Water pressure was so high you couldn’t even stand under it and you couldn’t adjust the shower head any direction so it sprayed only in your face and completely out of the shower so the bathroom floor was soaking wet like it flooded anytime you showered. Front desk staff was friendly but the hostess for the breakfast at Vida was INCREDIBLY rude. There was no food...

“The rooms have been recently remodeled. When I got to my room there was a 50' extension cord leading to a charger for the window shades. I reported it to the front desk and they had maintenance come and remove it. I had a King bed room. The only chair was the deak chair. There was plenty of room for a comfortable chair or even a lobe seat, but nothing was in the area except an end table. An end table with no seat next to it. Humm. They said they were still working on getting the rooms...

“The entire first floor reeked of cigarette smoke and the common area off the elevators had the same smell. We had a tough time getting the AC to work (tip- switch it off auto-mode) and when we called the front desk they were not very helpful. Checked in on the app and front desk said nothing had been done. No access to streaming apps on the TV and the shower was not great. We only stayed for a single night so it was fine, but for an extended stay I would have been super disappointed.”
