Motel a North Orlando

“After paying full price including tax via Expedia , the hotel receptionist took $75 + $75 deposit ( two times instead of one time and without returning back it . ( During this time , I visited and stayed in North Carolina , Washington , Red Roof Hotel has got it as $50 and returned upon check-out ) ( And this Days Inn hotel in Orlando has took from my two different credit card $30 + $35 as tax plus $75+75 = total $215 without returning back till now . Why did they get second deposit without...

“The check in was a breeze, the staff were pleasant. There was a pool, looked very clean but I didn't use. The property outside was maintained and kept up well and good in good shape. Then I got into my room, although beds were made there were some serious problems. The room had cockroaches, due to my scheduling during my stay was unable to re-room. Now, although I didn't receive daily cleaning...I would've asked for that regardless. I really hope these cockroaches didn't come home with me.”
