“During my 5 days stay, the room was not vacuumed or cleaned (I did receive a clean room to start with) - bed was made and new towels were replaced. Lobby staff were excellent and friendly.”

“The room temperature has to be controlled from the front office . The room temperature was up and down whole stay. Even though we to call the front office couple times per day, the room temperature was up and down and not comfortable. The environment was cozy and calm.”
