“The hotel is fine, just not very clean. The linens in our first room were dirty and there was a large stain on the chair. We asked to change rooms and they did change it with no problem. We had a 3 night reservation and only stayed 1 night just because it was pretty dirty. We ended up staying at the Spring Hill suites around the corner for our remaining 2 nights. I will say the staff were very friendly.”

“I spent the weekend there and because of my budget I was forced to stay there when my 3 kids. The rooms and very poorly cleaned. My room had a giant hole in the bathroom floor. One of the pillows smelled like armpits. On the last day we found a beer bottle under the sofa chair which you can obviously tell that it wasn’t moved to be cleaned. “Breakfast, pool, gym, and hot tub area was clean and maintained. Room was clean. Only 2 complaints, bathroom is so tiny. I stayed with my 2 boys and they are both 6ft, it was a struggle. Also, washer and dryer is available but they don't have quarters at the property or at any gas station/store near. Hopefully they get an ecteronic payment option soon or have quarters available. if your a travel sport parent. The washer and dry is a must.”

The staff provided exceptional customer service and were consistently friendly and professional. Although parking availability was somewhat limited, it remained manageable. The amenities were satisfactory, and the pool area was well-maintained. I would consider staying here again.”
