“Ottima la stanza con cucina, frigo mastodontico e piastra a induzione, ma senza nessun attrezzo di cucina, mancava l'asciugacapelli. Considerando il costo, la colazione era vergognosa. Nessun piatto, solo qualche snakes e degli yogurts. Non previsti: fette di pane, granola, latte fresco, confettura, burro, formaggio, frutta e succo di frutta. ”

“I was shocked to find dirty sheets on the bed.When I called reception they offered me a new room which I refused because it would have involved getting dressed, packing and moving at midnight. I asked them to change the sheets and receptionist said they were not responsible for room cleanliness. I reminded them that during a pandemic it particularly irresponsible to ignore basic hygenic protocols. That was not acknowledged so I ended up going down to the frontdesk to get clean sheets and make...

“I booked this room months ago and when we got there to check in after an 8 hour drive they didn’t have us listed. We tried to contact hotels.com and they couldn’t help us so my daughter ended up booking a room for us because of the arrival time and we needed sleep. I’d better not have been charged for the stay or I will be finding a phone number and calling.”

“We celebrated our parents 50th wedding anniversary the weekend we stayed in Geneva. This house was a perfect location for the family to stay before the party. The back yard was a wonderful hangout with firepit and lake access. The accommodations were as advertised, clean and comfortable. Hi highly recommend this home for large family or friend groups.”
