“The room was ok. Didnt really care for the first floor. Had some loud young girls on the patio next to us. We went for peace and quiet and had to go inside because of the noise. The breakfast was not as good as the last time i was here. The biscuits were good but the gravy had no flavor. Everything was pre packaged stuff. There was a glob of hair in the shower. I think it came up from the shower. We arrived at 3:00 check in time and had to wait 30 minutes because it wasnt ready. The staff was...

“Nothing at all to find fault with. Clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, good breakfast. Comfortable chairs on the balcony to relax on and take in the peacefulness of the location. Early evening the hotel offers free popcorn and cookies. Staff are so friendly and helpful. My wife can't stop talking about how great it was and we must go back for longer next time.”

“I arrived very late and a wonderful woman named Eunice greeted me. I accidentally booked 2 doubles instead of a king. They were sold out and she managed to find me a king. She was very nice and did a wonderful job making my stay comfortable. The property is great, but the people that work there actually cared. I’m normally a Marriott guy, but this place has me looking at Hyatt again. Well done!”

“The stay was amazing. Very luxurious. Shower is huge, separate soaking tub which was great. The views into the valley was gorgeous while enjoying the hot tub on the deck. Couldn't have chose a better place to stay. Will definitely stay again!!”
