“This was a great spot to spend a few days with the family. The kids loved the resort, pool, lazy, river, and waterslide! The resort was family friendly, and we will definitely visit again. “The home was nice, it is clean and looks like the pictures. Pool and spa are also very clean. The communication with the property management lacks, very hard to get in contact with on the day of your arrival. You leave a message and they are supposed to call you back, (they never did) I was concerned they forgot about our reservation. They bombard with emails before we arrived (when you book the property) and then the day of arrival no response. Until I was persistent for three hours, calling to...

“Helped at the front desk by a kind gentleman named Robbie. Greeted warmly, given tickets for free coffees and given a room by the pool promptly, even though it was an early check-in. We had a wonderful stay and had a fun time with the kids. We’re happy we came we had such a nice time at the pool with drinks and food poolside and were helped by a very nice lady named Paige who was very friendly and attentive. We will be back soon!
