“This is our second stay at Crowne Plaza Phoenix and it won't be our last. Both times, the hotel was exactly what we were hoping and the staff is awesome. The only minor issue we had was with the bartender - there were 3 people at the bar, 3 women at one table and 3 of us near the fireplace. He absolutely ignored us and we finally had to walk up to the bar to get drinks. No big deal, just disappointing.”

“Check in went very smoothly. The house was well kept and supplied with most things. There was only 1 extra roll of TP so a supply of TP would be nice. Also, the kitchen floor looked clean until we had to wipe up a little spill and noticed the whole floor needed mopping, and some of the kitchen drawers had crumbs and looked dirty. The panel that is broken in hot tub needs fixing and curtain rod in little room off kitchen is broken. These are just little things but do make a difference. We...
