The kitchenette was nice and had everything we needed to prepare meals so we didn't need to eat out every meal. Cons: There was a strange smell in the hallway and the unit. We tried leaving the sliding glass door open and airing out the unit, but it didn't help. The pool is extremely small - it had a capacity of 18....

“The host was fine, the room was great. My only issue was with the person who answered the phone whenI called about the checkin process. The email I got said that I had to check in at Sunrise condo after 5pm. When I was running close to 5 pm due to my flight being delayed, I called to make sure that I could still checkin at Silverado. The person was very short and condescending telling me that front desk at Silverado was available until 11 pm. I found out when I got to Silverado that the 5pm...
