“This BW is really tired! Needs a refresh. Didn’t get maid service during my stay. Came back to my room with dirty & wet towels on the floor and unmade beds. Front desk girl told me I was on “the list” and didn’t know why my room was not cleaned. Light bulbs not working, shower head coming out of the wall, Dirty napkins on the floor behind the bed. No sheet under the blanket….”

“Stopped here on our way from Atlanta because it started raining. The night front desk guy was awesome and took care of us quickly. We was able to get into a nice King room and it was clean, It was right off the interstate we didn't have to go far.”

“This was my first stay in a pet friendly hotel so maybe this is average but the room stank of dogs no matter how much air freshener I sprayed. Also not enough towels, not enough pillows, no coffee to be found in the room or the lobby, loud all night just from average activities (normal convo, doors opening etc)-overall kind of disappointing but at least it was convenient and it’s a newer building. ”

“I want to give them a 10 out of 10 but the neighbors were so noisy! The neighbors stayed up partying until around midnight Saturday and Sunday. They were outside with loud music and screaming at each other. The house is the cutest place! The hosts were magnificent- we didn’t have hot water and it was fixed within the hour. I’d recommend it but just be aware if it’s a holiday weekend - the neighbors are very loud. ”

“This seems to be one of the only hotels in clemson near the school. We came here to tour the school and stay a night. I was excited to use the pool and relax a bit as well. Unfortunately when we checked in - the young gentleman at the front desk basically had his airpods in and gave us our keys with no other words. I expected a bit more welcome and friendliness from the only hotel worker. The pool was barely opened as it was still a bit cooler but there were no towels available and nobody to...

“The property is curated to perfection. The gardens, the living areas, everything. The host, Angela, is so nice, friendly and kind. The room was decorated nicely. The phone chargers, the sound machine! Love! The breakfast was amazing. I needed a reset and this gave it to me. ”
