Hotel economici a Northwest Chicago

“This resort was just ok imo. Pretty old and dated. Not the worst place I’ve been but needs work. Carpet old , old scratched up furnishings in the rooms. ATP no hotel should have a tub only glassed in showers. Didn’t use the amenities like the bowling alley as it was closed when we arrived. This place is def for golfers. Asked for a room w a view of the GC and what I got was a view of a parking lot and trees blocked the view of the course. Although Itasca itself didn’t have much to offer it is...

“Checking was a breeze and super convenient. Staff was polite and helpful. Property and rooms were clean. I liked the room. Very very clean.”

“Was not advised about construction prior to booking. Breakfast buffet not worth price. No menu items on weekend, eat somewhere else. Noisy room on freeway side and heater loud when turning on. Very convenient location.”

“As helpful as the front desk staff was, the halls smelled, our room had a terrible smell of mildew and the air conditioner/heater unit would smell like burnt hair when it was turned on. We found bugs (carpet Beatles/ants) and were offered a discount if we stayed another night only to be offered a discount on a weekend rate which was just as much as the room was. I was not happy with this and would never recommend it.”
