“Everything was great except for the guests above us. Must have been a family with either kids or large dogs. Sounded like they were playing tag or something requiring lots of running and jumping. They finally settled down around 11:00. Our pup would jump up and bark at every impact. Normally she is very calm and travels well. The excessive jumping, running, etc. were very disturbing.”

“I gave the hotel another chance but shouldn't have. The room I requested was not available when I arrived because it hadn't been cleaned. Keep in mind that I called upon my arrival in San Antonio. Several wake up calls were scheduled to no avail. I observed a couple who'd asked to access their luggage being told, "This is the last time" by the front desk agent. It shouldn't have mattered if they'd asked 100 times. I've grown weary just writing this. I'll not stay at the Courtyard by...
