“To be honest when we first checked in. The Woman was unfriendly, nose was turned up. Which cause me to try to check out. However as we continued our staff all the other Mangers and Staff were extremely professional, friendly, helpful, cheerful with my children. Because of that I extended my stay. Overall our visit was amazing ”

“Breakfasts were quite good. Pool was very nice. Location quiet but near some restaurants that are family friendly. Although not close to any one location we were going--Genesee Village, Ganondagon museum, Erie Canal tour, Museum of Play, it was a reasonable distance from all of them--they are quite spread out. ”

“Good luck flushing the toilet. Overall, this property was ok. Not bad, not good...middling. It was quite clean so kudos for that. The TV works and the staff is good. But note that it is quite worn down. I think it's mostly for long term construction workers and that type of guest, so nothing fancy but a roof when needed. However, the button to flush the toilet is on top of the tank and some goofball built a vanity shelf over the tank with about an inch, if that, to get your finger in. ...

“Booked for the free breakfast, they had no breakfast. Got put in the wrong room and had to wait to be put in the right room. ”
