“Bathroom tub was clogged. No one was present at the front desk to inform about it.”

“Overall, we rate the hotel top notch. Only thing wanting was the free wifi connection. Had I get upgraded with a fee would have been better. Front desk staff was very kind to let us use the wifi and internet when, after we checked out the hotel, we encountered a difficulty in entering the condo we reserved.”

“Our family stayed for 2 nights and we were not impressed. The property is in desperate need of renovations. Our room was okay but did not meet my standards of clean. The washroom needed a good scrub down and the shower curtain had a funky smell. The carpets were dirty and in need of a steam cleaning. We didn't use the pool because the water looked murky. The windows had a gross film which was not appealing. Overall disappointed.”
