“Limited inexpensive hotels to stay at in Auburn so you can end up staying in okay to poor hotels. This Quality Inn is actually a motel. Floors have been updated & bed is fine but other things in room aren’t updated. Breakfast is mainly breads. Was fine for one night. If have a choice, won’t stay here again.”

“You will not regret staying here. I was amazed with how beautiful the B&B was as well as the impeccable customer service by the owners. 100% recommend to stay here if you are deciding where to stay in Opelika. Also, the owner makes breakfast and it is delicious and complimentary with your stay.”

“Breakfast was not the best. We stayed for three nights and they did not clean our room, we had to ask them to remove the trash. The housekeepers spoke no English and we had to communicate with them through our phone translator, which really didn’t help.When we got there, a lot of people were waiting to check in because the rooms were not ready. So we all had to wait. ”

“Property is very clean. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff, Dana, was exceptional and ensured I had what I needed to have a great experience.”

“The AC unit in my room was very loud when it cut in and out as it interfered with my sleep. I tried to watch Netflix and the connection was poor and gave an error message that the tv was not connected to the internet. It was hard to press down the toilet handle. The door handle should be less piercing in the hand when you open it.”

“The staff was incredible”

“When I tried to check in I was told I would have to wait because the rooms were not ready. The clerk seemed overwhelmed and was short with most guests approaching the desk. The clerk told others after me she wasn’t supposed to be there and really didn’t know when we would be able to check in. I waited about an 45 minutes after check in time to get a room. My room was clean and quiet. I would recommend this hotel even though it was not an ideal check in. ”

“The hotel is conveniently located. The lobby was under construction. Check in was quick and easy. My only complaint is the cleanliness. The room looked clean but there were some stains in the shower and something that looked like drops of blood on one of the comforters. I ask to have the bedding changed and they did. They never cleaned the bathroom though. I also did not get an opportunity to try their breakfast, so I can’t comment.”

“Broken bed, AC not working properly, broken elevator our room on 2nd floor, That gave us money back and had to round up staff members to carry luggage down steps. The staff was helpful”

“First room was clogged pipes and tub and sink wouldn’t drain and toilet paper holder was broke. Front end girls were amazing and helped out The next room was dirty old toe nails in closet and misc items of trash under bed. Sinks not clean no garbage can ”

“Needs more large luggage carts. Only has one. Internet connectivity is terrible! Recumbent bike seat jiggles when riding making it impossible to go very fast. Not much sound insulation between floors.”
