“Room was great, clean and the staff was wonderful. Very helpful to have bilingual staff they were amazing 24/7. GAVE THEM A RAISE! The fact that the bilingual staff were always willing to help was the best thing about my short stay here. Will definitely be back!! ”

“The only good things about this hotel are the location and that it has Sturbucks next door. Poor housekeeping, which consist of making the bef and changing the towels. For a week they never gave me clean glasses in the room, tha same 2 glasses for 6 days, that i had to wash them myself. The staff is friendly but inefficient. I’ve traveled the world but have never had a request for an uber or a taxi turned down. I asked if they could change money (20 dollars) into small pieces the answer was no....
