“Stay was great! The place is clean and spacious and we were able to make great use of the pool and hot tub. The only minor qualm I had was that when I asked Dan if we could check in an hour or two early, he said “yes, early check in might work” and then the day of reminded me to strictly adhere to the original check in time. However, obviously this was mostly a non issue and the stay was an excellent time nonetheless. Would DEFINITELY recommend this VRBO. ”

“Fantastic. Views are breathtaking--and they are always changing--from foggy mornings to sunrise to sunset--the vista is a kaleidoscope of beautiful. Goat Rock beach is steps away as is the mouth of the Russian River where there is a small "island" (that sits just where the river and Pacific merge) that is a fulltime hangout for a colony of seals.
