“Staff was friendly but the layout of the hotel was confusing, the map could have been better. The soaps/shampoos were not full in the shower. We found a pretzel under the TV cabinet.”

“Booked the room when our flight in Dayton was cancelled and we had to go to Columbus by Uber to leave early the next morning. When we got to the hotel they said they had overbooked the hotel but had made arrangements with another hotel down the street. After starting our day in Dayton at 10am and now being told at 11pm that there was no room it couldn’t have been worse….until we found out they moved us to a hotel with a 6.8 rating and said they had made the reservation and paid for the room. “There was no breakfast on my last morning there. Which is supposed to be included in the price I paid for. Rooms are decent but no microwave is included and there was no body wash in the shower. only shampoo and conditioner”
