“New, clean and well kept. Very comfortable bed with excellent pillow selection.”

“Overall, stay was ok. Bed was fine. Had a good sleep. The room and especially the bathroom, is just tired and needing some tlc. I have never been in a hotel bathroom that has pedestal sink. There is no where to hang things, no where to put toiletries. The blow dryer was very wimpy and covered in dust. The shower had a low wee sill along bottom edge and a shower curtain, which is suspect , would leak water. The crowning glory for me was the clump of blondish hair on the wall in shower. I chose...

“My husband was in Kelowna for a medical procedure and we were treated very well. They gave us a room that was very spacious and the bathroom was well equipped with safety bars. We were located right next to an exit so it wasn’t far for my husband to walk. All in all everything was great.”
