“the rooms and facilities felt brand new and comfortable overall. However, the cleaning was quite disappointing. There were noticeable makeup stains on the towels, the overall room cleanliness wasn’t great, and some amenities like shampoo and conditioner had run out and weren’t replenished. Overall, the renovated facilities were nice, but the housekeeping could definitely be improved.”

“Breakfast was great and we were able to find somewhere for our family to sit together every morning. Room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the city. Pool was small but wasn’t too busy so we were still able to enjoy both the pool and hot tub several times during our visit.”

“Definitely only a 1.5-2 star. The property is very old and not well maintained. Exterior paint, old air/con unit very noisy, price was reflective of location, The room was adequate with 2 beds and a fridge. We were evacuated due to the fires and it was a last minute booking. Would not stay here again.”
