“The hotel was beautiful and the pool was great. Unfortunately the staff seemed miserable. Barely smiled or looked at me through check in. Also, coffee bar wasn’t replenished so didn’t get any coffee on my second morning. Not the best experience when you are expecting a nicer hotel. Also, a breakfast buffet was advertised but non existent, only a bar style restaurant near the lobby.”

“Very polite and courteous staff at reception desk and at breakfast. The room had a great binder with helpful information for your stay that included a TV channel guide which avoided wasted time flipping through channels ”

“Full breakfast was wonderful. Coffee pretty good as well. There was no gluten free bread. Thankfully we brought our own. Also no lactose free yogurt. There were alternate milks but would have been great if lactose free yogurt was available in request. ”
