“I absolutely loved this hotel!!! Everything was outstanding! My jaw dropped when I drove up to it and even more when I entered the lobby! This is a very aesthetically pleasing hotel from both the outside and the inside lobby and room!! It is immaculately clean and exceptionally well taken care of! The front desk staff were outstanding in their friendliness and with their assistance! “Wish you could avoid the Casino as you check into the Hotel but excellent place and helpful staff. Enjoyed the stay!”

“When 1st walking in room the odor in the room was terrible. The bed had two small square pillows on bed. Was very uncomfortable. Would recommend bringing your own pillow. Save yourself some neck pain. The closet door was off its tracks. Just leaned up against the other one. The Breakfast was just okay. The staff was friendly though.”

“You get what you pay for. We were only looking for a place to sleep, clean sheets, clean shower. It had all that. It was musty smells and air conditioning wasn't great but for price not bad.”

“Hotel worked for one night on a long road trip. Quiet, bed comfortable. Staff were great. I just have to comment though about the OVER THE TOP scented "plug in" device in the lobby. The sliding doors opened and I was practically knocked out by the intense smell of chemicals that are considered "perfume". Every time I walked in and out through the front lobby I had to cover my face. If you are chemically sensitive at all - this is something to know.”

“The room was clean. However the drain in the bath tub was broken the state of repair was subpar for a newer establishment. The staff was excellent friendly and responsive.”

“We had to change hotels last second for an out of town baseball tournament due to weather when our games were moved to Grove. The staff at BW Timberridge were very helpful, we found the hotel clean and comfortable, close to everything we needed, and the pool was nice. We didn't try the breakfast as we were on the run, but the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Thank you!”
