“The only issue we had was when i tried to call the hotel to tell them we'd be checking in late and needed a shuttle in the morning, they could not help me because I went thru hotels.com. and I'd have to call you guys. Finally they said they'd transfer me to the front desk and they just said no problem as long as your here before midnight and let them know about the shuttle when you check in. This was after 10 minutes of hold and begging with the other guy.”

“While you are considering your hotel choice please remember this: this Budget Inn is owned and operated by the most wonderful little family. It is not a big, name brand hotel with a parent company. This is a family running a business. And for that, they deserve 5 stars. The furniture may be "dated" but I got the best sleep ever on the King bed we had. “My husband and I went to a concert at the BOK and this hotel was ar the perfect location that was right next to the BOK. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was very nice and helpful! The hotel also has a bar that had entertainment and food after the concert. ”
