“The room, and overall facility were clean and quiet considering the close proximity to a highway and active rail line. The room itself had a desk chair that belonged in the dumpster, a broken arm and a worn out seat I wouldn't let a dog use. The toilet paper holder was broken and the closet door latch falling off.
