“The 1st room keys didn't work, smelled like smoke, hair on the pillows, a dirty hand print on the sheets, paint chipping off the walls and dilapidated furniture. The second room smelled slightly better but it too had a smell, was dirty, and no tv remote. Front desk had them in a drawer. It didn't work. Maintenance tried and could only get it to change channels. We left and went to another hotel. The night manager was very nice and understanding.”

“Stayed just for a few hours. Couldn't get the TV to work, plus the other people in the rooms next to me had kids running up and down the stairs and being loud in the hallways. The bed was a vast improvement from last time. It was worth it for a few hours stay and and a good nap. I will return in the future.”

“We asked for more towels. We had 3 people in the rook and they only gave us 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel. They do not understand English. It should not be that hard to get towels on a 2 night stay The linens are disgusting. They are about 20* years old and no life in them. They need new beds and new linens. Will not stay there again.”

“Room was recently updated and was clean. Location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. Seemed to be occupied by more “residents” than guests but that’s what you get at the price point.”

“Everything was great or expected but the room could've been cleaner. Was a faint odor resembling but likely not vomit. Hairs in shower and sink.”

“There was no breakfast! They advertised a hot buffet and didn’t even have a grab and go. False advertising. The staff were good about getting me extra coffee out of a room at night. The room was clean and as advertised. Just no breakfast. ”

“Staff was great but found it highly curious that the only chair to sit in was a desk chair. There was massive amounts of room in the corner where a chair (and an ottoman) could easily have fit. And the layout of the floors was very confusing. Just finding the hallway to the rooms was like going thru a corn maze during Halloween.”

“Farmington Inn is quaint and has a mature person feel. The room was older and smelled like a nursing home yet it was clean and served the purpose. There was a small laundry room fire while we were there. Luckily, I was in my room and evacuated me and my dog safely. I questioned if they would have gone in to get my dog if I were not there. That question remains unanswered. I’d stay again. It was close to the interstate and food options and some of the most beautiful walks. ”

“Floors needed cleaning, 1 blanket on the bed had a nasty looking stain on it so i removed it There was a spot on the ceiling for a smoke detector i found that in the bottom of a dresser drawer ”

“Hotel is secluded enough for a quiet nights rest but also conveniently located near various stores, restaurants and the highway. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was good.”

“Breakfast was hot fresh and extensive...many choices! Hot tub was perfect temp and pool was clean. This property was walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The staff was exceptional!”

“The hotel was clean, clearly recently renovated. Location was convenient, well lit, and appeared safe. 4 stars due to lack of coffee in room and limited breakfast options. Would definitely stay again if in the area.”

“We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around.”
