“O local era conforme a descrição. Casa super aconchegante, cozinha bem equipada, tudo muito limpo e organizado. A localização é ótima perto dos lifts e da Vila. Adoramos a estadia e com certeza voltaremos ”

“I should have asked them ahead of time to do what they could to support our mid-morning arrival after a red-eye flight. Luckily, they were eventually able to accommodate. Parking however was annoying: off-season (summer college break), the only times the rooms are available, paying guests are forced to park at the far end of the building, with no doors there to let us in or out. Yet there was a consistently EMPTY FIELD of parking spaces directly in front of the Residence entrance. But...

“The studio was clean but dated. The drains in the kitchen and bathroom drained very slowly. We were on a ground floor studio and once the upstairs neighbours moved in we could hear the thumping of feet very loudly, also we could hear our next door neighbours dog barking within their studio, too.”

“We had a great stay. We really enjoyed being right on the water. The town is fun and waking up to beautiful sunshine and sailboats right outside the door were a great treat. The hotel is quite dated but was very well kept and clean considering the age. Tge staff were very friendly as well. Our room had a full kitchen with: stove, oven, dishwasher and full size fridge.”

“This place is good value for money. Loved having a kitchen and the TV/fireplace area is lovely. It could use some TLC (peeling paint, old grout, etc). It was cozy and warm, great location. The only downside was the mattress on the bed. It was very uncomfortable and we did not sleep well. I ended up sleeping on the sofabed on the third night, which was a bit better but also not great. Would definitely return if the mattress was upgraded.”
