“Convenient to the beach”

“Everyone was very friendly! We would stay there again.”

“Floors in room were so filthy our toddler’s feet were black after walking on them for just a few minutes; we ended up cleaning them ourselves due to not trusting that staff would actually clean them if we asked. (The towel picture is the floor mat we used to dry the floor after using swiffer pads we bought to surface clean.) “Noisy at night. Could hear people in above room, on the side, in the halls. Not well insulated acoustically. Free breakfast efficient and sufficient.”

“Helpful staff. Loved the shady and comfortable seating in the back next to the pool. We went out there in the mornings to eat our breakfast because the lobby was cool. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.”

“I stay here almost every time I’m in Surfside. This isn’t a place for someone wanting fancy accommodations but if you’re wanting a place on/near the beach at an affordable price this place is great. Definitely could use some updating and overall maintenance but the rooms are clean and never seen bugs present in the room. One minute walk to the beach and the vehicle entrance is a block away.”

Small interactions like that can completely change the experience of a trip, and he really made me feel taken care of. The hotel is lucky to have him.”

“We stayed in an oceanfront suite with a large balcony and a large deck at the front door. We were able to observe both the sunrise and the sunset. We had an ADA accommodation which was well thoiught of and well designed. Bed was very comfortable. Hosts are very nice and friendly people.”
