Hotel a Oyster Creek

“Wir waren dort für zwei Nächte. Als wir am ersten Tag eincheckten, war unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig obwohl es bereits 17.00 Uhr war. Das Zimmer war aber absolut sauber, leise und sehr geräumig. Leider funktionierte der Ventilator im Bad nicht. Das war wie angegeben interkontinental. Die Waschmaschine des Hotels ist einfach schrecklich. Wir hatten sie benutzt und die Wäsche roch danach nach fauligem Wasser. Das war ekelhaft und wir haben die Wäsche am gleichen Abend noch einmal in einer...

“The motel is old. I've been staying there for 24 years. The rooms are clean, air conditioner works great, the staff is exceptional. I just spent a week there. I was also there 3 weeks ago. I love it!”

“This is the worst motel I've ever seen. It is filthy, peeling paint all over, lewd graffiti on the walls inside the room, dirty stained mattress, exposed wiring, rusting furniture, broken door handles, filthy damaged curtains. A significant number of the rooms are completely empty with the windows wide open. Some of the rooms with open windows are full of stacks of old mattresses. It looks like an abandoned motel from a zombie movie.”

“The hotel is in disrepairs. It's has mold. They had us park at the back entrance which wasn't locked and some shady people were out back. Made me nervous about leaving my car at the back of the property. The elevator smelled burnt. We checked out as soon as we got to our room. The room was not clean. The bed had what looks like pee stains and hair on it. We will not be back to the Clarion in Lake Jackson.”

“-The manager was awful and had the worst customer service -We waited in line for 45 minutes at check in. There was only 1 other person in front of us. -I had called previously to verify the pet policy and the security deposit, but was not able to get ahold of anyone. -He claimed that he was unable to view my information in the system and made me repeat all my information. I stated that something must be wrong with his system because I had never had this problem before. He then began to argue...

“I had issues with getting into my room with the card and had that changed out 3 times. Noticed the floors were not clean and found a dead cockroach under the sink. The following day room was restocked with towels but noticed they didn’t clean the room because the roach was still there and floors were still nasty. On top of that there was no breakfast, they only had waffles and coffee. They definitely made their images look really good but in reality wasn’t not great!!!”

“Nice hotel. Only issue occurred when we tried to order breakfast. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to take our order, we gave up and went somewhere else for breakfast.”
