“We arrived late and the kind staff accompanied us including my service dog & 1 pet which was probably inconvenient at the time. Thank you !! ”

“Hotel nuovissimo in zona di recente urbanizzazione vicinissimo a ristoranti e centro commerciale, affacciato a un laghetto e soprattutto non sembra di essere a Reno che è solo positivo. Pulito, accogliente, camere spaziose, buona colazione.”

“The hotel was nice, and clean. However, the housekeeping staff cleaned our room every day while we were out skiing but did not replace the toilet paper or the "fun size" soap bar once during our stay of 5 days! My son and I were betting whether we would run out of T.P. barely made it, and had a sliver of soap that cpuld melt away in the sink. I paid good money to stay there and 1 more tiny bar of soap or another backup roll of T.P shouldn't be asking too much right?”

“The towels were frayed at the edges, the shower curtain was messed up, the bed was old and really uncomfortable. The only good part of the stay was the bartender and the food.”

“Check-in was a breeze, friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean room, bed was sooo comfy with lots of pillows to choose from! The buffet breakfast was good, too. Elevators were smooth. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“The room was just what we needed, we stayed 6 or 8 nights thru out a couple week period while assisting my terminally ill brother and the staff was excellent the propertys good just a lil worn down from age and needing a face lift just like me approaching 50yrs old 😆 i can say the morning my brother passed the young lady in the office allowed us to check in at 8am and i appreciated that tremendously due to being up all night comforting my brother thru transitioning to his new life in a better...
