“Upon booking my stay on Expedia for three nights at the Hampton Inn the picture showed several vending machines available for snacks and beverages. When I arrived at the hotel there are no vending machines. Just two shelves with a couple of bags of chips and on the bottom refrigerated sodas and juices. A 20 oz Coke was priced at $4. Disappointed that it was misleading. Overall decent place to stay in Monroe North Carolina.”

“They refused Me the room. They said they Only do walk-in. I said I had Booked the room on-line and they said TOO Bad and to leave the motel . They said the booking in-line cost charges a fee and that they will not allow.at to happen”

“We had to change rooms because the AC fan wouldn’t turn off. In the next room the toilet stool seeped constantly. For the price I feel we could have done better.”

“Clean room, AC temperature was pre set and ok, I dropped it 2 more degrees. Room did not smell as a different one last visit. Contenetial breakfast was good, although opened 30 minutes later than on weekdays. Sausage was a little over cooked but still good. Way better staying experience than a month earlier. Also about40 buck more this go.”

“It was a great stay every thing was perfect except on Monday one little hiccup we went to get our breakfast and had just made our plates it was 9:27 the dinning room lady (for lack of better description) came out and said dinning room closes and rushed to snatch up everything a few minutes later the staff was in the back room with the door open …. You guessed it laughing and having breakfast. We had gotten ours for the most part, she was just abrupt and a tad rude.”
