“Was a little concern about the hotel location, but I wasn't there for long, so let it slide. The hotel was clean and well-organized. We checked in and went to bed. The people next door started blasting music and engaging in adult activities, which we could hear all. I ended up calling the front desk because, at some point, we needed to sleep. “Host was on the phone the whole time in checkin. This is rude. He apologized that he must be on the call. Make your priority your customer, not visiting with family on the phone. When he left, he was still on the phone call. The lotion was empty. Too late for me to use. The remote did not work. The room AC had not been turned on and the room was stuffy with whatever scent it had with moisture. I would suggest better preparation and customer service.”
