“The building or my room was as basic as it gets. Quite uninviting and unwelcoming - as I said - very basic. You can hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms.
Shower stream was very weak, but water temp was good - hot.
Bathroom door was creaking
For 3 night's stay - we asked for room to be cleaned only to get back and was same. Not once was it cleaned.
My wife and I were left wondering if this was typical of Tru By Hilton or was it because this was near a college campus?”

“Really good idea. Room itself was clean. Dirty sheets left on sofabed that was unusable as a bed. We had to purchase an air bed
Property was nice but after hours check-in is not clear through Expedia nor do they provide your phone number so you can do electronic check in and key. No one is at the property after 8pm so you have to call the emergency hotline.
Decent location and large room but would definitely check out the 2 bed options”
