“The house was perfect for the amount of guest we had (14). Everyone had a bed and we really enjoyed the living room area, back porch, hot tub, and dining area. Definitely recommend staying here with a group of friends or family. We will definitely book again next time, if available.”

“Loft only had access thru the outside and I got locked out since we never found the key. Did have difficulty opening the door for the loft, you have to pull out on the door with the last number, then it will unlock. It was raining and I was worried about slipping when walking up and down the stairs due to poor lighting. The restroom in the loft is very tight betweentherestroomandthesink. Did enjoy the downstairs area. Some in the family did enjoy the hot tub. It was easy to access with the...

“This is a very unique B&B. I loved the grounds. It was very peaceful and staff was very helpful and down to earth. They have lots of farm animals which I thought was a neat touch to see them. The breakfast was delicious. We stayed in the Texas Oil Boom Room which was nice, had its on bathroom, and bed was super comfortable. ”

“Danielle’s property was perfect for our little weekend getaway. The downstairs has plenty of room and both bathrooms are decent sizes. The beds are so comfy and felt amazing after a long day out in Fredericksburg. I would not recommend walking into downtown from here because even though it is close, there is not a sidewalk.
