“The manager Ciara, the kitchen staff and the evening housekeeping/ maintenance crew were great They took care of our needs. The day shift housekeeping staff barely spoke English if any and didn’t do anything we asked like give us towels , take trash And dirty towels from room. The whole day would pass and the evening crew would have to get it for us. The front desk staff with exception of Ciara had NO customer service skills at all. “The night we stayed was to attend a funeral. The staff was so thoughtful and kind. They left a very unexpected gift and card in our room with the most thoughtful, heartfelt message inside. We were completely taken by suprise. We highly recommend this hotel / property. The room was perfect and comfortable and the staff is outstanding.”

"Everything was nice but the view from my room: when you chose to upgrade to a high tower room you need to understand that you might get a room in the back of the building with a view on the back alley: definitely not worthy to pay more for that, considering the rooms have the same size. City view doesn’t mean on Michigan Ave, those rooms should be cheaper."
