“Tv didn’t work Pool was closed and no one told us and it’s why we picked this place. Phone in the room didn’t work. Staff smoking cigarettes at the front door. A pair of used dirty underwear at the front door as you walk in. I want my money back. Do I contact you or the hotel bc they tell me you bc we booked with you.”

“If you don't mind not having towels you're good. No towels in the room at arrival and no towels left last full day. Blankets very thin Can't recommend”
