“The check in wasn’t smooth. We had issues with checking in to our room. After almost an hour we were finally able to check in with our confirmation number. I don’t know if it was due to technical issues, third party issues or the desk clerk, but I’ve never experienced anything like this before and pray I never will again. I would suggest that if you don’t make reservations directly with the hotel, call before arriving to make sure when you get there you will be able to check into your room...

“Room was dirty and smelly. Squished bugs and hand prints on the walls. Stains on the sheets, blankets, curtains, and even lamp shades. The refrigerator howled everytime it ran and the shower floor was falling apart. Breakfast consisted of wet eggs, cold sausage, a toaster that didnt work properly, and apparently there wasn't a single spoon in the entire building.”
