“Overall very disappointing experience. I stayed in 4021 building 2. The chair cushions were disgusting, the fireplace looked like it had never been wiped down and had stains. The pullout bed had a stain on the sheet, and the blanket that you use for the pullout sofa had hair on it. The microwave was broken and we had to request a new one. We were falsely accused of being the reason of a noise complaint and when it was determined that it wasn't our room, no apology was given. We were also given 5...

“Great pet friendly place! Plenty of grass area to walk your dogs. My husband and I visit Williamsburg often to go to Busch Gardens with our mini doodle, and we always stay here. Decent breakfast, but very tiny coffee cups. Elevator is super slow, so we normally take the stairs. The staff has always been super friendly, and helpful when needed. Overall, they do a nice job of keeping everything clean. Definitely could use some updates and repairs in certain areas, but we always enjoy our stay.”

“Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!”

“Hotel comodo in bellissima posizione, gli arredi della camera sono un po’ vecchio stile con moquette che risente degli anni a causa dell’umidita. Da segnalare in negativo un addebito di 80€ dopo 1 ora che avevo lasciato l’albergo...ho mandato una mail al desk ma dopo 4 giorni ancora non hanno risposto.”

“It was a peaceful stay, and it was near the beach. I enjoyed seeing and hearing the different animals on their farm. The camper was clean and well-stocked. My rental car battery died, and Joshua helped me get it jump-started. The Wi-Fi password didn't work, but I was able to watch YouTube videos on the TV. Overall, I recommend staying here.”
