Lodge a Petsworth

“The hotel was in terrible shape and disarray. There were staff’s family members hanging out all over. Our key card had to be redone 3 times while we were there for 4 nights. We did not have a house keeper once while we were there. No cleaning at all. Our toilet seat was loose and the toilet was not connected at the floor so the toilet rocked every time you sat down. The walls were so thin you could hear every move they made next door and in the hall. Their pool area was colder than it was...

“Front staff were very helpful. Room was clean and close to attractions.”

“The staff was very nice but this place unfortunately has roaches.”

“The room had inadequate lighting and the AC/heater did not work.”

“Great stay!”

“Great location. Easy check-in.”
