Il nostro bellissimo condominio è stato recentemente ristrutturato ed è al piano terra, situato in una delle comunità più belle e ben curate, che vanta 2 master suite. Questo piano spaccato e spazioso con oltre 1.100 piedi quadrati è passi per una delle 2 scintillanti piscine riscaldate con vasca idromassaggio; La comunità offre Ramadas, barbecue, centro fitness all'avanguardia, centro business, bella club house e green.

Le camere dispongono di un letto King e Queen, entrambi con lenzuola in cotone SuPima, cassettiere e comodini, cabine armadio con abbondanza di appendiabiti e portabagagli. I bagni privati dispongono di vasca da bagno con doccia e soffione a pioggia di grandi dimensioni. HDTV a schermo piatto in tutte le stanze. Cavo e WI-Fi. Divano componibile in ampio soggiorno. La cucina vanta banconi in granito, tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici Maytag, lavatrice e asciugatrice di dimensioni standard e macchina per caffè Keurig con tazze K in dotazione. Il tavolo da pranzo è alto e può ospitare comodamente 4 persone.

We had the most wonderful time for Christmas in Scottsdale! The condo had everything we wanted and needed. They thought of everything / coffee pods / sunscreen/ towels for the pool/ shampoo-conditioner/ plenty of soap - we will be back!

Charles’ place was perfect! Great location, beautiful condition in a lovely community. The place was just as advertised. Within the complex, the condo is a 30 second walk to a beautiful pool and gym. Charles was always available and communicated great with us. Highly recommended for a stay in Scottsdale!

The property was as advertised. The only issues were a minor issue. One there was only one hair dryer that had to be shared . Also the address of the unit was over another unit and not where the actual entrance was located.

We love the location and Charlie the property owner is the best. The condo was well stocked with coffee pods and bottled water. We were struggling with apps for streaming and Charlie showed up immediately to resolve the issue. He has been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. This is our second year in the same unit so that speaks volumes about our experience. Restaurants, Starbucks and grocery stores are within easy walking distance

This condo has everything you need. Comfortable beds and furniture. Love the hightop table & chairs. A refrigerator full of water bottles. A Keurig Coffee Maker & Pods. The only place we've rented with enough hangers. Also, very handy having a cooler. This condo is very conveniently located. We've been coming back for several years now.

Scottsdale is a wonderful town, and this condo is in the perfect location for whatever you wanted to do whether it is hiking, shopping, dining, or just relaxing by the pool. Charlie is a top-rated host and is very helpful answering questions and offering suggestions. The condo was fully stocked with bottled water, Keurig coffee pods, toiletries, and laundry supplies. We will definitely be back.

Very prompt replies from owner. Keurig coffee and waters supplied. Appreciated having TVs with cable for sports and news. Location handy within the complex and also handy to pool and workout center. No complaints, but bring shampoo.

Did not come across one issue during our stay. It was very pleasant. Fridge was filled with waters, pantry had paper towels and plates foil etc. I was familiar with the area and wanted to stay in this area specifically and enjoyed every second of it. Right by shopping and restaurants I little noise coming from the upstairs unit but that's a given when being on the 1st floor which was needed. All and all very satisfied will definitely stay again.

Excellent location close to all amenities and golf courses. Unit was well stocked with water and coffee and other staples to get you started. Only negative was the permanent resident in the unit above making noise ( foot steps, chair sliding across floor, and showering ) almost every night in the middle of the night. between 1:00 am and 3:30 am.

This property was exactly what we wanted for our stay in Scottsdale. The location was central to restaurants, shopping and activities. The condo was clean and well appointed. Charles responded to my questions quickly. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We would stay there again, and recommend it to friends.

Our overall impression was very positive. The condo was well stocked, very clean and perfect for our needs. We love the location and being on the first floor saved wear and tear on our knees. Charlie was responsive and a great host. We need to figure out how to stream Netflix and other services if we stay at this property in the future.
