“1) I was not provided the room that I requested. 2) The shower gel/soap was empty, which I discovered while I was in the shower. 3) The bathroom wall was not clean”

“The cleanliness of the rooms could have been a bit better. There was some molding in the shower and mystery spots on the walls of the bathroom all the way to the ceiling. There was also a hole in the bathroom wall. The Mini fridge was filled with rust as well. The staff was great!”
