“I would love for this property to be renovated so it looks as nice as Embassy Suites Uptown Charlotte. Our check in was good! Trey was phenomenal and his customer service was top tier! It’s always an event there like family reunions. I don’t like to hear kids running and being loud outside the rooms and breaking in front of you to crowd the elevators.”

“I love the people at the hotel, and all the services was great. The Breakfast and Happy Hour was enjoyable 😉. I had only 1 thing and that was to call the maid to my room to clean because there was dirt on the carpet and bathroom wasn't clean to me. So my room needed a cleaning to me.”
