Hotel a Pine River

“Worst Hotel you could possibly stay at in Oshkosh. We booked a room for an employee. We forgot to change to name to him. Hotel contacted us to rebook to change the name. They charged us for 2 separate rooms, and refuse to refund the 2nd room. Worthless pieces of trash.”

“Great place to stay for a concert”

“Hotel had an issue and was totally shut down. I was not informed. I showed up to find the place closed down, finding a number posted in the office window, called and was told I would get a refund. After scrambling to find a room somewhere else, it took forever just to get a refund.”

“There is no elevator in this hotel and it’s not listed they don’t have one. I had elderly people that had a rough time with the steps with me and they were fully booked so they couldn’t put us on the lower level.”

“The property wasn’t busy on the Memorial weekend. Staff was helpful and breakfast was good. I love the nice big vanity. Everything worked and lots of lights in the room.”

“The staff was very heavy. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was cold and orange juice had very little flavor.”

“The room and staff were great. The only issue I had was with the TV. There was no way to change the input channel or set up screen casting. It was annoying.”

“Reasonably clean. The bed was great, shower great. We had a suite with a kitchenette. The sofa was the absolute most uncomfortable thing I have ever sat on. Be aware that the kitchenette does not include any cookware whatsoever. Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was what you would expect.”
