“Hot tub wasn’t working. We weren’t told when we checked-in. Room smell like smoke, was supposed to be non smoking. Got refund and found other accommodations.”

“Waking up to no running water to bathe or brush your teeth is completely unacceptable. I was very disappointed with my stay. When I mentioned the issue to the front desk, there seemed to be very little concern, and no effort was made to offer compensation, points, or any type of accommodation for the inconvenience. The lack of empathy and customer service only added to an already frustrating experience.”
