“The front desk staff where very helpful. The only down side to the property is that if someone is room above you is noisy you will hear it”

“Room was BARE MINIMUM. No shampoo or cream rinse. Shower floor Slimey and damp. Limited TV access . Front desk staff cold and rude. No grocery or convenience store nearby.”

“Room was ok but definitely a much dated property than expected and a bit of an “old” odor to the room. Rock hard pillows and mattress made you feel like you were rolling into center. Perhaps more research on my part should have been done.”

“The hotel was new and met our needs! Very clean. Was disappointed to find you have to pay extra to use the washer and dryer there.”

“We arrived early from Tennessee and the staff made a special effort to get our room ready so we did not have to wait very long after a long day of travel. A special "Thank you" to those who went out of their way to accommodate us.”

“Everything semed to be ok in our room until we decided to settle in and watch some TV. There was no signal. We tried to call front desk to let them know but the phone didn't work! My husband went downstairs to tell them. Their answer was, They're working on it. We tried periodically and still no signal. At 8pm we decided to just go to sleep. When we woke in the morning and getting ready to leave we tried the tv and still NO SIGNAL.”
