Hotel a Pleasantville

“For accessibility it has the features but not usable features for a wheelchair bound individual. I am bilateral aka and I was out in a room that I could not access bathroom and front desk said there was nothing else available so I stayed 4 days without shower and had to go to Walmart for bathroom usage! They checked me in and saw clearly I had no legs and was in a wheelchair! That shows the nature of this hotel making sure their guest are taken care of! Note this only reason I stayed is because...

“Bring your own shampoo, kleenex and coffee. The bed was very comfortable so I slept well. The AC worked just fine. It was useful to have the microwave and refrigerator in the room.”

“Great hotel. This is the second year I stayed here for a musical festival. Nice staff, comfy rooms and convenient location. I would stay here again next year.”

“This property is mainly utilized for out of town construction workers. Not an ideal place for a single mother traveling with a young child. It was also not the cleanest. Our bathroom towels were covered in long, black hair, there were several dirty spots on the floor near the bed and in the bathroom.”

“It was handy for us to have a nice selection of microwaveable foods- one of our sons was hungry and it was too late to go out and find food. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok. I’d love fresh fruit or salsa but otherwise had a varied selection.”

“The whole hotel needs to be updated and the entrance was crazy trying to get into the parking lot. The hotel has a pool but it was like stepping into a ice bath and getting in and out of the pool was tricky because the steps were very high. The breakfast was good and they kept it stocked. Not a hotel I would stay at again”

“The location was great. We could be hiking at Hocking Hills in 15 minutes or visiting one of the nearby towns in the same amount of time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable; great mattresses. Our room was very humid (I think they recently shampooed the carpeting, and that was making the room damp). Breakfast was okay: better than a continental breakfast, but it could be better (bread pudding was an odd offering). The pool was quite small, but the water temperature...

“The Worthington is a unique property. It is a rose surrounded by the briar patch of downtown buildings. It is an upscale look and seems to be relatively new property. The decor is beautiful and so was the staff. Our room was clean and comfortable but the room we occupied was smaller than the average hotel room. That may not be true of all rooms on the property. I would advise you look closely at the room choices. Thank you for a pleasant night.”
