Hotel a Pleasure Island

“Very clean and updated hotel .”

“Clean room, plenty of hot water. ”

“Stanza molto piccola, la metà rispetto al classico standard US. Pulita, ma veramente di dimensioni ridotte. Colazione asettica. Tutto confezionato in bustine di plastica. Tutto sommato ok, ma niente di impressionante. Staff gentile e buona palestra. ”

“Camera molto piccola con letto molto piccolo, abbastanza pulito, abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera per avere un letto di dimensioni decenti , ma ci ha detto che erano al completo. Pur vedendo che le auto parcheggiate erano 3 compresa la nostra, e di certo non è un posto dove si arriva a piedi. La colazione era fino alle 9 ,scendiamo alle 8,30 ma ci dicono che pensavano che l'avevano ”

“Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff was extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. They did not want to check us in, even though we needed a room urgently. We were traveling with a small child, and it was raining heavily outside. The only reason they finally let us stay was because I booked the room through Expedia while standing there. Instead of showing empathy or trying to help, the staff made us feel like we were not welcome. This was one of the worst customer service...

“Buon Hotel sulla strada Interstate10 verso Est, buona l' accoglienza. Ottima la colazione, con frutta fresca e piatti caldi dolci e salati. Buon posto tranquillo di sosta per altre destinazioni. Camera veramente grande e pulita.”

“Perfetto per chi vuole fare una sosta viaggiando tra Houston e New Orleans. La struttura è nuova, pulita e collegata direttamente con la super strada. Colazione compresa, che in usa è insolito. Consigliato!”

“Room was dark and quiet, a huge plus. They no longer have a coffee maker in the room though. ☹️”

“Shower was a bit if a mess the drain was pulled out. The people staying at the property slammed their room doors all night. Bed was comfortable. TV remote did not work. One nightstand light flickered. The breakfast was included but a bit bland wish they had yogurt and oatmeal. The staff was abrupt, or dull. Overall, just ok but not many places to stay in that area so would recommend for the location.”

“Clean, quiet, very helpful staff, breakfast served early do to them having a lot of contractor workers staying there, the only dislike is no coffee pot in the room other than that I am staying there in another couple weeks when I go back for work”
