“room was super big and clean. parking was tight. very small lot. staff was nice and friendly.”

“Great hotel for the price! The rooms are a bit dated, but super clean! Beds are comfortable. The pool was a hit and also really clean, my kids had a blast. The woman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. I liked the location as it is farther down from Fantasy Island and quiet, but still only a 3 minute drive to everything. Bonus, the beach is literally across the street. Basic hotel with all your needs. I was very happy with my stay.”

“So. I booked a guest room that was supposed to be a “family suite”. I got there and it was the smallest two room with three beds ever. No room for ANYTHING. Closet smelled like mold, fan in the room didn’t work. AC was terrible. I booked for guests through Expedia, which showed up on their end as threee (mistake on Expedias end) and the front desk guy hunted us down and was so rude and threatened to trespass us because I was trying to figure out why it only said 3 guests when I booked for 7 for...

“This place was surprisingly comfortable definitely one of the better hotels. I’ve stayed at in Seaside. Very nice staff clean pool barbecue grills private, not a lot of riffraff hanging around.”

“As soon as we got to our floor, the second floor, we were hit with the smell of cigarette smoke despite it being a non-smoking floor (maybe even hotel?). Throughout the night we kept getting whiffs of cigarettes throughout the room. The most concerning part, under the bathroom counter there were glue traps for mice and other bugs and insects which leads me to believe it’s not the cleanest, most maintained hotel.
